TL;DR

GenAI Lab Lead (AI): Driving the Central Europe GenAI agenda and fostering innovation across BCG’s regional teams with an accent on AI strategy, digital transformation, and sustainable capability building. Focus on developing and advancing the CE AI agenda, supporting product and use case development, and leading a small team.

Location: Hybrid. Primarily based in Munich, Germany, with the possibility of assignment to other locations in Central Europe.

What you will do

• Develop and advance the Central Europe AI agenda, moving from habitual to impactful AI usage.
• Drive innovation and support product and use case development for business development and client case execution.
• Serve as a knowledge hub and anchor point for the CE Teaming Team.
• Support case and account teams through activation sessions, hands-on enablement, and new tool introductions.
• Partner with CE Black Belts and Practice Area AI Leads to share insights and build community.
• Lead a team of 2 project team members, guiding their contributions to the CE GenAI agenda.

Requirements

• University degree in data science, computer science, business management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of work experience including AI or technology strategy, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in shaping and scaling AI/tech initiatives and capabilities across complex organizations.
• Considerable experience in leading transformation programs from concept to implementation.
• Deep understanding of GenAI tools, AI product development, and knowledge management practices.
• Fluency in English (C1+) required, capable of engaging both technical and nontechnical audiences.
