Location: Hybrid work in Frankfurt or Berlin, Germany. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Remote work abroad for up to two weeks per year is possible.

What you will do

• Design, test, and refine prompts for generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) to deliver brand-aligned outputs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to integrate AI content into concepts and presentations.
• Ensure AI outputs meet creative standards, reflect brand voice, and comply with ethical, copyright, and data privacy regulations.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable prompts for various use cases.
• Experiment with new AI tools and evaluate their usability.
• Streamline AI adoption and document best practices within creative processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or generative AI, ideally within a creative or agency environment.
• Deep understanding of AI models and their functionality.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Runway, ComfyUI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Moonvalley, Google Veo3, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Solid understanding of licensing and copyright principles.
• A creative mindset combined with strong technical fluency.
