What you will do

• Develop and implement CRM and e-CRM communication strategies through creative and targeted campaigns.
• Analyze client's customer data to identify pain points and optimize sequential experiences.
• Integrate personalization and marketing automation practices for dynamic email content and segmentation.
• Align omni-channel customer journeys to increase conversion and customer retention rates.
• Collaborate closely with Data analytics, Web, and creative teams on integrated campaigns.
• Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategy experience focused on CRM.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, UX, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes.
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers and driving campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Proficient in MS PPT and Excel.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or CX certifications.
• Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of the automotive industry.
