What you will do
- Execute slots and lifecycle CRM campaigns in Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg.
- Manage and optimize automated lifecycle flows for onboarding, active, and reactivation campaigns.
- Oversee main slots loyalty programs (Prize Wheel and Weekly Rewards Club) for retention and player value.
- Execute large seasonal campaigns for acquisition and retention, and ad-hoc campaigns for new game releases.
- Manage communication tools (email, SMS, push, in-app messaging) and content creation.
- Ensure hirify.global websites, app, and mobile site are up to date and optimized, and conduct competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
- Fluency in English and German (both verbal and written) required.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and project management skills.
- Passion for CRM and data insights.
Nice to have
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and online gaming/casino industry experience.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance.
- Experience in developing customer retention strategies and with slots product.
- Knowledge of content management systems, slots game types, Excel, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
