TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (DACH): Ensuring customers maximize value from the platform and deliver a stellar customer experience as their trusted advisor with an accent on achieving technical and business goals. Focus on driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall influence on customer health scores, while also proactively mitigating risks and negotiating renewals.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany

What you will do

  • Build and own relationships across a full book of business, managing around 20-30 enterprise accounts.
  • Monitor and guide new customers to align and achieve value expectations from the beginning.
  • Understand and advise customers’ priorities with hirify.global, capturing and communicating KPIs and outcomes.
  • Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and influence customer health scores.
  • Lead effective customer Business Reviews based on customer business goals.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with renewals experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to think strategically about customer’s goals and drive renewal and expansion opportunities independently.
  • Ability to understand hirify.global APIs, as well as modern content management and digital experience stack.
  • Well-developed attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Technical proficiency and a keen interest in technology; ability to communicate high-level technical concepts to customers.
