TL;DR

Customer Care Specialist: Providing exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with an accent on timely and knowledgeable responses via email, chat, and phone. Focus on handling customer inquiries in German, Swiss and other European countries, as well as tracking incidents to resolution.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona and work in the office 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing accurate information and following up as needed.
  • Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Take ownership of incoming requests from customers, including creating tickets for the internal organization.
  • Track incidents to resolution.
  • Handle customer inquiries for customers in Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe.

Requirements

  • Finished studies/apprenticeship or at least one year of work experience in an operational area (ideally Finance, Support, Customer Care).
  • Background in finance and/or accounting is a strong plus.
  • Operational experience with a high turnover of external customer inquiries and internal clarifications is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks at a high frequency.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
