What you will do

• Design, implement, and enhance IT controls within the company-wide framework.
• Lead SOX audit program preparation and manage coordination efforts.
• Maintain and monitor the control framework to manage risk and ensure compliance.
• Streamline operational processes like incident, access, and change management.
• Conduct due diligence, identify gaps, and propose amendments across IT and operational processes.
• Align IT processes and general IT controls (ITGCs) with the overall control framework.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Background in audit, internal controls, or governance.
• Hands-on experience with integrated IT/Business SOX frameworks and COBIT.
• Advanced understanding of internal controls and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISA or CISM.
• Client-side experience in addition to consultancy.
• Experience working with cloud-based technology companies.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite (HiBob and Cobase are a plus).
