What you will do

• Deploy the Ready1 platform across enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption.
• Conduct strategic assessments of clients' crisis management and incident response programs to identify governance and execution gaps.
• Develop maturity roadmaps and tailored playbooks aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 22301, and other regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate executive-level tabletop simulation sessions to improve crisis coordination and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), translating technical insights into business-relevant outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to drive platform innovation based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, incident response, or business resilience.
• Proven track record of designing enterprise crisis/incident management programs and stakeholder communication paths.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 22301, SEC incident disclosure, or CIRCIA.
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize workstreams across multiple accounts.
• Must be located within 45 miles of a company office in Dublin or England to support the hybrid work model.
