What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Insurance product backlog, ensuring alignment with vertical strategy and customer needs.
• Maintain and communicate the Insurance roadmap, clearly articulating prioritization rationale and expected outcomes.
• Write clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that guide Engineering and UX delivery.
• Ensure product documentation, requirements, and internal inputs reduce rework and support efficient execution.
• Define and track success metrics to evaluate feature impact, workflow improvements, and customer outcomes.
• Monitor emerging trends in insurance, payments, and digital adoption to inform long-term product direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS product management
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or supporting insurance-focused products
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience using analytics, instrumentation, and user research to guide product decisions
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and competitive research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategic vision and execution detail
