What you will do

• Lead customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to understand compliance workflows and needs.
• Own product deliverables and backlog, making prioritization decisions based on value, feasibility, and impact.
• Write comprehensive scoping, positioning documents, PRDs, and product specifications.
• Drive product decisions for AI-powered capabilities within your domain.
• Partner closely with Engineering throughout development, clarifying requirements and ensuring quality.
• Collaborate on launch planning, go-to-market activities, and customer enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success shipping products.
• Strong customer discovery skills and experience working in agile development environments.
• Demonstrated success leading go-to-market activities including positioning, enablement, and launch execution.
• Analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, or similar).
• Experience in the financial services technology ("FinTech") or Regulatory ("RegTech") industry is preferred.
• English: B2 required.
