What you will do

• Architect and launch a high-impact infrastructure-as-a-service business unit.
• Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap aligned with broader business strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Lead client-facing discussions to establish feedback loops, define pricing, and refine the service model.
• Develop strategic business plans, operational reports, and go-to-market roadmaps.
• Mentor team members and represent the company as a subject matter expert in fintech and SaaS models.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep applied knowledge of fintech, banking-as-a-service, brokerage, or payment trends.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations in regulated financial services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and gain consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong writing, presentation, and public communication skills.
• Experience operating in a high-ambiguity, fast-moving environment.
