What you will do

• Define and implement technical strategy for stablecoin infrastructure spanning crypto, fiat, and orchestration rails.
• Architect core reusable services and APIs for reliable, compliant, and efficient asset movement across chains and external providers.
• Lead cross-team projects to improve performance, observability, security, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with staff engineers, tech leads, product, and operational partners to drive organizational change.
• Foster a culture of technical leadership, transparency, and high standards.
• Mentor engineers at all levels to elevate system health and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
• Track record of building automation systems and improving operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
