What you will do

• Design and implement scalable services and APIs for an automated onboarding platform.
• Build integrations with third-party compliance and identity verification vendors.
• Create flexible, configurable workflows for multiple jurisdictions and customer types.
• Collaborate with product and design teams on intuitive user experiences for complex processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for the onboarding platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure high quality through code reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotation to maintain platform reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Strong expertise in building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Track record of writing clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience building secure systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements.

• Experience with workflow engines and state management systems.
