Salary: $152,405–$179,300 USD

What you will do

• Build and run experiments to drive growth for hirify.global’s retail products.
• Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define the technical roadmap.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code for customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and service-oriented architectures.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Passion for building an open financial system.
• Work authorization in the United States is required.
• Ability to attend in-person company offsites multiple times annually is required.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
• Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Blockchain technology (Bitcoin, Ethereum) or crypto-forward experience (onchain activity, ENS, dApps).
• Experience with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Experience building fintech, highly reliable, and/or secure systems.
