TL;DR

Senior Manager, Business Development (Fintech): Sourcing and negotiating partnerships with enterprises in traditional and crypto-native finance to launch new products across fintech, payments, and financial institutions. Focus on building new product solutions and bringing them to market while working with product, engineering, and legal teams.

What you will do

  • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with executives across traditional and crypto-native finance.
  • Collaborate with clients to launch innovative products in the fintech, payments, and financial institution sectors.
  • Work with hirify.global leadership to execute strategies and leverage resources.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal & Finance to develop and market new product solutions.
  • Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises, and hirify.global' regulation-first approach.
  • Travel around Europe to attend conferences and represent hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Experience working cross-functionally in fintech / financial services / digital assets to launch new products.
  • Significant experience within Financial Services and/or Payments or Crypto.
  • Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology into European enterprises.
  • Experience selling in regulated environments.
  • Experience selling in a fast-moving and dynamic industry.

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, especially stablecoins.
  • Passion for working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong desire to learn, work hard, and be part of a winning team.
  • Excitement for building new solutions with global impact on financial services access.
  • Understanding of Sandler sales methodology and SalesForce.
  • Residence in Holland, Germany, or France.
