Senior Manager, Business Development (Fintech): Building and managing strategic partnerships for a new stablecoin offering in the payments market with an accent on go-to-market strategies, regulatory compliance, and driving product launch from concept to scale. Focus on identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships with global enterprises to integrate blockchain infrastructure into merchant acceptance and settlement flows.

What you will do

  • Forge close partnerships with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance) to conceptualize and bring innovative product solutions to market.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, establishing clear direction, goals, timelines, and milestones for product development.
  • Navigate regulatory landscapes in tandem with Legal experts, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating strategic partnerships.
  • Work hand-in-hand with hirify.global leadership and key stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and optimize resource utilization.
  • Spearhead the identification, negotiation, and closure of partnerships with top-tier executives from global enterprises across fintech, payments, and financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology into domestic and global enterprises.
  • Experience building and launching new products from 0 to 1 in fintech, financial services, or digital assets.
  • Experience building in regulated environments.
  • Experience building in a fast-moving and dynamic industry.
  • English: C1+ required
  • Work from Singapore is required
