What you will do

• Partner with Product Manager to own discovery and delivery of new product modules.
• Work closely with Product teams to define problems, generate hypotheses, and validate solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and the education sector.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research to make data-driven design decisions.
• Design and prototype wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in user-centered design processes, from research to final execution.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making skills, adaptability, and ability to influence teams.
• A proactive approach to learning and applying new design methodologies.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Must be based in the UK, visa sponsorship is not provided.
