What you will do
- Partner with Product Manager to own discovery and delivery of new product modules.
- Work closely with Product teams to define problems, generate hypotheses, and validate solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and the education sector.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research to make data-driven design decisions.
- Design and prototype wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience in user-centered design processes, from research to final execution.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong decision-making skills, adaptability, and ability to influence teams.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new design methodologies.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Must be based in the UK, visa sponsorship is not provided.
