What you will do
- Define and refine Arbor’s brand architecture, including M&A integration and market positioning.
- Oversee the visual identity and craft the narrative for the investor community.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to shape market perceptions and drive demand, including SEO and GEO.
- Lead corporate communications and PR, managing reputation and building executive profiles.
- Direct event strategy for proprietary events, trade shows, and partner activations.
- Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of Brand and Content Marketing Managers and a Senior Events Manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex brand architectures and M&A integrations.
- Experience running a content function that drives measurable demand.
- Deep B2B experience (SaaS/Tech preferred), understanding complex buying cycles.
- Comfortable handling PR, investor relations messaging, and crisis communications.
- Strategic and creative, with brilliant writing skills and an excellent eye for design.
- Commercial acumen, understanding that brand serves business goals.
- Must be based in London and able to work 3 days in the office per week.
