Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Must work 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

What you will do

• Own agency-wide strategic positioning and narrative.
• Evolve and codify repeatable strategic frameworks, tools, and templates.
• Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients, leading long-term social & influencer strategies.
• Take ownership of strategy in new business, shaping compelling narratives and presentations.
• Champion a shift from reactive to insight-led, long-term strategic thinking across the agency.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s insight and reporting capability through clearer storytelling and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy roles within social, creative, or integrated agencies, with senior leadership experience.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing strategy teams in fast-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in social-first strategy, cultural insight, audience thinking, and platform-native planning.
• Experience creating scalable strategic IP, frameworks, and tools.
• Confident operating at senior client and C-suite level, with strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded, with experience supporting new business wins and organic account growth.

Nice to have

• An international perspective: experience with US or global clients.
