Salary: $185,000–$225,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

• Create visual content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials, including illustrations and infographics.
• Produce advertising creatives adapted for various platforms and formats.
• Develop video and motion content for social media, including short videos and animations.
• Maintain and develop visual guidelines and templates to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and PR teams, iterating on solutions within deadlines.
• Manage external contractors for marketing material execution and quality.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating social media/content design, ad creatives, and video/motion work.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut, and AI tools (Midjourney, Recraft, Higgsfield).
• Strong motion and video skills for independent content creation and animation.
• Native English speaker with experience creating content for the US market and understanding local design conventions.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear, visually engaging solutions.
