Salary: €3,000 – €4,000 per month.

What you will do

• Create high-performing static and video ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other social channels.
• Own the end-to-end creative process from initial concept to final execution.
• Test, iterate, and optimize creative assets based on performance data.
• Research competitors, market trends, and audiences to identify new opportunities.
• Stay updated with design trends, social platforms, and AI tools to enhance output.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of digital ads demonstrating graphic design or creative marketing skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Ability to develop creative briefs and campaign concepts from scratch.
• English proficiency required for confident communication.
• Experience in video editing and motion design is a strong bonus.
