Salary: $160,000–$314,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the Identity & Security Product Management team, responsible for IAM, Queryable Encryption, and customer-facing security features.
• Drive highly regulated customer platform security and compliance requirements into hirify.global products.
• Drive collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop and maintain an accurate roadmap across ownership areas in partnership with Engineering counterparts.
• Define security go-to-market strategies, identify key market/competitive trends, and manage programs.
• Drive decision-making around prioritization, solutions, functionality, and pricing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing teams and demonstrating leadership skills.
• 10+ years of Product and/or Engineering Security experience working with enterprise-focused technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to large executive audiences globally.
• Experience or expertise in one or more of: CEH, GSEC, CISM, Comp TIA Security +, CISSP, CISA, SSCP, CASP+, OSCP, AWS Solution Architect Pro, AWS Security, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty or other cloud provider equivalents.
• Working knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management, operating system & platform security, network security, database security, and network/web-related protocols.
• Strong subject matter expertise in IT security and risk management.
• Experience with cloud-native products and an in-depth understanding of microservice topologies and implementations.
