What you will do
- Own global services revenue operations for professional services and business consulting teams, spanning the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of revenue analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Veeva’s services organizations, providing guidance on billings, revenue, and operational best practices.
- Oversee month-end close activities, including Statement of Work reviews and invoice creation.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Systems, and Services leadership to support growth initiatives and system evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, accounting, finance, or a related operational role.
- 2+ years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strong learning agility to pick up new systems, concepts, and processes quickly.
- Systems-savvy mindset with experience supporting or leading system implementations, integrations, or process transformations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
