Location: Must be based in Canada or the US. Employees can work outside of Canada for up to 90 days per calendar year.

What you will do

• Own entire product capabilities end-to-end, from problem definition through production.
• Work across the full stack, including UI in React and React Native, GraphQL APIs, backend services in Ruby/Rails or Kotlin, and data modeling in Postgres.
• Deliver high-quality software quickly, setting the team's pace.
• Collaborate with team leads to shape product strategy, user problems, and priorities.

Requirements

• Take direct responsibility for what you build and how it lands, fixing issues whether or not they are "yours."
• Advocate clearly for your ideas and change your mind when presented with better ones.
• Navigate ambiguity comfortably, move quickly with limited information, and be self-directed.

• Experience building and shipping real products in environments where speed and autonomy were expected.
