• Build and optimize reliable backend services for the onchain platform.
• Ship fast, accessible user interfaces, handling real-world edge cases.
• Design and integrate cleanly with internal and third-party services using distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Expand the product offering for hirify.global Onramp, facilitating movement of money onchain and offchain.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, including backend services and UIs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for developer tooling and excellent developer platforms.
• Passion for onchain/Web3 and understanding of blockchain technologies (Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains).
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to attend in-person team and company-wide offsites multiple times annually.

Nice to have

• Experience with rapid company growth (startup to mid-size).
• Experience building on top of Blockchain technology (Bitcoin, Ethereum).
• Experience decomposing large monoliths into microservices.
