What you will do

• Own features across the full development lifecycle, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
• Manage production systems and optimize infrastructure for availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to build customer and business solutions.
• Proactively identify and implement technical, process, and product improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ownership mindset, focused on end-to-end problem-solving with customer and business impact.
• Lifelong learner, curious about new frameworks and emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working in startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, particularly TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, Dynamo, Lambda) and continuous deployment.
