What you will do
- Coordinate the development of proactive policy positions by integrating cross-functional perspectives and documenting key decision points.
- Help establish new processes and systems for program managing activities across regions and campaigns.
- Enable Global Affairs to prioritize and manage resources more effectively.
- Contribute to defining proactive policies to advocate for globally.
- Collaborate with regional, legal, product policy, research, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- Experience working at the intersection of technology, policy, and politics, ideally with a focus on AI.
- Experience working on technology policy in state/federal government or at another technology company.
- Experience managing complex programs with tight deadlines, ambiguous processes, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with experience briefing senior officials.
- Ability to understand and communicate with both technical and policy specialists.
- Ability to execute in fast and flexible environments through rapid cycles of analysis, decision, and action.
