Location: Hybrid (US). In-person participation is required throughout the year, with team and company-wide offsites held multiple times annually. This role requires US work authorization and a US-based location.

Salary: $144,500—$170,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for key staking features, protocols support, and reporting tailored for institutional clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and performant staking solutions across multiple chains.
• Engage directly with institutional clients to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure high standards for security and operational excellence.
• Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success.
• Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize it.
• Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience with a track record of building enterprise or B2B crypto products.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale.
• Understanding of staking mechanisms and blockchain protocols.
• Strong client orientation, enjoying interaction with customers to solve real-world institutional pain points.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the hirify.global mission.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in institutional staking, crypto, or custody.
• Familiarity with reporting and regulatory considerations for staking, including qualified custody and reporting standards.
• Experience working closely with protocol teams or participating in staking-related ecosystems like Ethereum or Solana.
