What you will do

• Partner with Government stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define and execute the engineering roadmap and technical vision.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership and hands-on support to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of engineering initiatives, managing efforts from inception through delivery.
• Contribute to the design, evolution, and review of system architectures, capacity planning strategies, and tooling approaches.
• Lead and facilitate technical architecture discussions and engineering decision-making forums.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 10+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or management role within Scrum or Agile environments
• Demonstrated ability to optimize engineering teams and improve delivery performance
• Experience with modern developer toolchains, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and automated testing frameworks
