What you will do
- Own Application Lifecycle Management, including implementation, upgrades, patching, decommissioning, and vendor management.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for the delivery of application projects and integrations.
- Support SAFe delivery by operating on a cadence utilizing Program Increment Planning and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Modernize SDLC by embedding AI‑assisted development, maturing CI/CD practices, and automated testing.
- Reduce technical debt by prioritizing, tracking, and remediating issues to improve maintainability.
- Ensure security and compliance by partnering with security and audit teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Over seven years’ experience in enterprise application delivery and support.
- Over three years leading technical teams or programs.
- Deep technical experience across multiple application development, integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management skills.
- Management of distributed teams across global time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAFe, integrations, CI/CD tooling, ALM maturity programs, and technical debt reduction.
- Agile Project Management and ITIL experience.
