SAP Project Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP workstreams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HCM) from design through stabilization.
• Ensure end-to-end process integrity across functional modules, such as integration between MM/PP and FI/CO.
• Collaborate with business owners to align workstream plans with the overall program strategy.
• Develop detailed delivery plans, define dependencies, and track milestone execution.
• Plan and control workstream budgets, including forecasting, burn rates, and resource optimization.
• Coordinate external vendors and manage internal functional experts within a matrix organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/ERP projects, with 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA project management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Activate or hybrid models (Waterfall and Agile).
• Professional proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• English: Intermediate level for documentation and communication.
• Ukrainian: Fluent.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv for on-site work.

Nice to have

• PMP or SAP Certified Associate Project Manager certification.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, LeSS, or SaS.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
