What you will do
- Manage the IT Support team, focusing on individual development, training, and team objectives.
- Administer access to all company tools, including account creation, rights management, and auditing processes.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning and security protocol introductions for employees and partners.
- Monitor IT security metrics and ensure compliance with internal IT policies.
- Provide helpdesk support for teams in Paris and remotely through ticketing and training.
- Manage external IT suppliers and the IT budget.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Projects team on infrastructure, automation, and security audits.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an IT Manager, ideally in a fast-growing, SaaS-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with Apple environments and experienced in SaaS administration (e.g., Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion).
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements, including data protection and access rights management.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and pragmatic approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with all teams and presenting IT strategy.
- Energized by an ever-shifting work environment and highly collaborative.
- Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions.
