What you will do

  • Support regional Government/Military marketing managers across Americas, EMEA, and JAPAC to ensure successful marketing execution.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital assets, ensuring adaptability for regional use and localization.
  • Manage global and regional digital campaign media calendars, identifying target audiences and channels.
  • Oversee social media platforms to build brand awareness and manage online presence.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze data and use analytics tools to optimize campaigns and track key metrics.
  • Create, edit, and publish website and intranet content, optimizing SEO and monitoring analytics.
  • Tailor global campaigns to local markets regarding language, imagery, and offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or college equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords/GA4 and MS Office programs.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communications, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Continuous education in SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Digital Marketing Certification.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Hootsuite, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce.
