What you will do
- Provide local area network support for desktop-related problems on unclassified and classified networks.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems for user workstations, software, and mobile devices (Android/Apple).
- Provide Tier II support to end users for PC, server, or mainframe applications/hardware, including up to 100 global JWICS users.
- Monitor and respond to hardware, software, and network problems.
- Respond to service requests via Remedy, telephone calls, email, and direct personnel requests.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution according to ITIL version 4 framework guidelines.
Requirements
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, or SSCP).
- 3 Years of Desktop Support Experience.
- Experience with Windows 11 installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with imaging devices.
- Top Secret clearance is required.
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation (v3) or greater.
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Administrator Associate (MCA).
- VMWare Certified Professional (VCP).
- Android/iOS Mobile Device Management via Intune.
