Location: Remote (US only) or Onsite in San Jose, California, United States. This role has some in-office/in-person expectations.

Salary: $183,600 – $272,800 USD

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for subscription-based storage and cloud services.
• Identify, prioritize, and design new features across service definition, packaging, and lifecycle management.
• Develop data-driven sizing engines and recommendation capabilities using usage insights.
• Define and streamline subscription creation, provisioning, and operational management workflows.
• Author and evolve service descriptions, including capabilities, constraints, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams for successful launches.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of product management, finance, and/or presales experience in enterprise software, data storage, cloud services, or subscription platforms.
• Strong understanding of subscription business models or as-a-service offerings.
• Proven ability to lead complex product portfolios and drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Work authorization for the US is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Financial acumen.
• Experience in STaaS, SaaS, data storage, or cloud infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI-driven customer experiences or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with onboarding workflows, telemetry-driven insights, or provisioning platforms.
