What you will do

• Own the platform services roadmap, prioritizing investments across all product lines.
• Define platform capabilities including APIs, integration frameworks, authentication/authorization, data services, and AI infrastructure.
• Partner with product managers to translate their needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Drive platform architecture decisions balancing scalability, performance, security, and developer experience.
• Define and track platform adoption metrics and measure impact on development velocity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams on technical strategy and integration requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years focused on platform, infrastructure, or developer products.
• Proven track record building platform services, APIs, or developer tools.
• Strong technical depth for architecture discussions and understanding system design trade-offs.
• Experience defining API strategies and designing RESTful APIs or integration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and modern SaaS platform patterns.
• Outstanding communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/ML infrastructure or platforms.
• Background in API products, developer platforms, or iPaaS solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise authentication/authorization frameworks (SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC).
• Exposure to financial services technology or highly regulated industries.
• Technical background (engineering, computer science).
