What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for "hirify.global at Scale" focusing on centralized operations and global governance.
• Partner with engineers and architects to redefine core architecture and data models for cross-account and cross-region management.
• Lead greenfield initiatives from ambiguous problem statements to v1 launch and eventual maturity.
• Influence roadmaps across the company to ensure new features are "orgs-first by design."
• Define and track key metrics to uncover customer insights and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with Platform Architects at major customers for design validation and feedback through preview programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years building cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, or IaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Strong systems thinking, comfortable discussing API contracts, object hierarchies, and tenancy models.
• Proven track record of launching brand new product lines (0-to-1) and maturing products to handle massive scale.
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across distinct cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Customer empathy and a passion for "Ease of Use" for IT Administrators and Platform Engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
