Focus on defining AI agent workflows, designing the expansion engine architecture, and driving cross-functional roadmap alignment so customers can scale without doubling operational overhead.

Salary: $200K – $287.5K

What you will do

• Define how AI agents and automated workflows proactively resolve “scale friction” across thousands of accounts, optimizing spend, security posture, and resource distribution.
• Own product strategy and the “Meta-Model” architecture that enables customers to expand their hirify.global footprint without increasing operational overhead.
• Lead 0-to-1 evolution from ambiguous portfolio-wide problems to a v1 centralized platform command center.
• Act as the primary cross-functional catalyst to ensure new hirify.global features are natively compatible with a multi-account, agentic fabric.
• Collaborate with CTOs and Lead Platform Architects at large customers to validate that orchestration enables enterprise speed of execution.
• Identify and remove technical and architectural hurdles that block customer scaling, turning “ease of use” into a measurable competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on Cloud Infrastructure, Distributed Systems, or IaaS/PaaS solutions.
• AI/ML literacy with the ability to apply AI tools to enable new customer experiences and solve operational problems.
• Systems thinking: ability to decompose complex architectures and discuss API contracts, multi-tenant models, and global state.
• 0-to-1 mastery: experience taking infrastructure products from concept to high-scale production.
• Technical foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
