What you will do

• Own priorities and scope, partnering with a high-performing engineering team focused on one of hirify.global’s Application Performance products.
• Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure product launches are on time and have maximum impact.
• Excel across teams by prioritizing systemic improvements that enterprise customers need.
• Engage directly with customers to understand product usage and build a great roadmap.
• Analyze data to quantify the impact of problems and opportunities in your space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Familiarity with designing or contributing to habit-forming product experiences.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure product or user behavior impact.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with engineering and design teams.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn technical topics, especially in security or observability.
• Engineering fluency or a technical background to build credibility with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Product Manager driving the roadmap for products focused on Edge infrastructure, high-performance web delivery, or network optimization.
• Prior experience delivering cloud infrastructure products at global scale.
• Data fluency, with the ability to work directly with data for insights and persuasion.
