What you will do

• Own the product from a technical perspective, translating feature requests into clear technical and product requirements.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and timely feature delivery.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical solutions with product strategy and delivery timelines.
• Participate in hiring processes and support new hires during onboarding.
• Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components with a focus on architectural consistency.
• Run regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and support team growth and development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager (architecture, team motivation, and growth).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems design patterns and network protocols.
• Strong backend development skills in Go.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Hands-on experience designing APIs and microservice architectures.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong command of Russian is required.
