What you will do

• Analyze customer platform usage to identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy, focusing on renewals, churn reduction, and referrals.
• Facilitate tailored workshops and discovery sessions to uncover additional customer needs.
• Provide technical leadership in designing solutions and architectural guidance for evolving customer requirements.
• Support customers in building business cases for expanded platform use, focusing on ROI and optimization.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product Management on market demands and feature requests.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in either implementation, support, presales, or product management with treasury management technologies.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing advisory role, with a focus on driving adoption and fostering advocacy.
• Expertise in ERP integrations and familiarity with API architectures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for understanding and addressing customer challenges.
• Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and deliver impactful technical demonstrations.
