What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Proposition & Go-to-Market professionals.
- Use customer insight, market analysis, and sales feedback to identify UK business customer needs.
- Develop compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
- Work closely with Product and Digital teams to align requirements with delivery plans.
- Define revenue assumptions and support business cases for new propositions.
- Own propositions end-to-end, monitoring performance and ensuring targets are met.
- Execute go-to-market plans, coordinating activities for strong launch and adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key GTM stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven people leader who can motivate, develop, and support high-performing teams.
- Strong experience creating and positioning compelling customer value propositions.
- Confident using market insight, research, and analysis to shape propositions and GTM plans.
- Solid understanding of B2B markets, including Connectivity, Digital Workplace, Mobile, and Security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build business cases.
- Experienced in project managing go-to-market activity across multiple stakeholders.
