Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (up to $258,000 per year in specific locations)

What you will do

• Lead cross-team engineering efforts to build business-critical products on the Monetize platform.
• Own significant areas of Monetize real-time platforms and function as an architect.
• Design and implement scalable solutions, new features, and platform enhancements.
• Participate in planning sessions with Product Management and Engineering leads.
• Support and debug production-level issues and provide expedient fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Rust, or Go.
• Experience building high-performance, multi-threaded, distributed systems, preferably in a Linux environment.
• Solid understanding of generalized architecture patterns and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Excellent Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and time complexity.
• Ability to meet hirify.global, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
