Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Take part in the design and implementation of new features and product enhancements that drive hirify.global's mission.
• Work directly with Falcon Complete stakeholders to build products and systems that solve real-world cybersecurity challenges.
• Design and implement reliable and performant solutions to enable continued scalability as the company grows.
• Improve the effectiveness of service monitoring and proactively address issues.
• Write automation to reduce operational load within the team.
• Take part in on-call rotations to ensure high quality operations 24/7.

Requirements

• Professional experience with at least one of Golang, Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java, and a willingness to use Golang.
• Comfort and experience working within the constraints of existing software applications and architectures.
• Practical experience building web services, data pipelines, and services within a microservices architecture at scale.
• Operational knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and graph databases, and messaging systems such as Kafka or Kinesis.
• Linux programming fundamentals; experience with distributed and scalable systems.
• Experience with cloud native technologies, cloud observability tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly asynchronous environment.
• Ability to distill high level feature requests into concrete engineering requirements.
