TL;DR

ETF Product Manager (Fintech): Driving the evolution of hirify.global’s ETF product offering and delivering high-impact solutions with an accent on combining market insight, commercial focus, and strong execution. Focus on shaping business cases, defining go-to-market plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and client-centric products across European markets.

Location: Must be located in Paris, France. The team is based in Paris, Milan, and London, working across markets in Italy, France, and Netherlands.

What you will do

Own and develop a portfolio of ETF products, aligned with strategic roadmap and business priorities.
Build P&L-driven business cases and shape product strategy and go-to-market plans.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen hirify.global’s competitive position.
Lead end-to-end development of new products and services, coordinating with internal teams.
Enhance ETF market quality, manage market making programs, and conduct order book analysis.
Drive business development projects and expand ETF offerings with innovative trading solutions.

Requirements

Experience in ETF, Equities, or Derivatives product management, business development, or sales support.
Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.
Commercial acumen, strategic awareness, and international business experience.
Fluent in oral and written English. Another European language is a plus.
Rigorous project management skills, autonomy, and determination.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
