What you will do

  • Resolve tickets on the helpdesk.
  • Gather required information from customers to investigate issues.
  • Investigate and reproduce customer issues on a local environment.
  • Prepare steps and solutions to fix issues.
  • Implement and execute SQL queries for problem-solving or information gathering.
  • Coordinate communication between the development team and customers.
  • Perform short live training sessions for customers.
  • Maintain documentation and the knowledge base.
  • Seek assistance from co-workers when needed to resolve tickets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL, including simple data manipulations (SELECT/INSERT/DELETE/UPDATE), multi-table queries (inner/outer joins), and standard SQL functions.
  • Experience administering databases (add/delete users, assign permissions).
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Operation system administration.
  • Well versed in Microsoft and/or OpenSource technologies.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
