Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 72,000–105,600 (Annual)

What you will do

  • Provide excellent customer service to players, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that players may encounter, including software, hardware, or connectivity problems.
  • Collect player feedback regarding game features, bugs, and user experience, and pass this information to relevant teams.
  • Enforce the game's terms of service and community guidelines, moderating player behavior and dealing with violations appropriately.
  • Document player interactions, issues, and resolutions, and contribute to support articles and FAQs.
  • Communicate effectively with players, work in a team, and participate in training and development activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience as Player Support Representative or similar.
  • Excellent English communication skills C-1 level.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations with upset players.
  • Proficient in using computers, with a good understanding of software and hardware.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required.
