What you will do

• Confidently lead, organize, and moderate all Scrum events.
• Ensure the maintenance of all Scrum artifacts.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to review and prioritize features.
• Optimize collaboration and communication models within and outside the team.
• Create and communicate team KPIs, velocity, and overall progress.
• Guide and coach the development team to perform effectively and stay focused.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Scrum and Agile development principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and moderation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Spoken and written English, with experience working with English-speaking customers.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Professional approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility to the customer.
