What you will do

• Support operational requests for assigned Business Units.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and performance, proactively identifying issues and recommending improvements.
• Support and improve business processes, procedures, and tools.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of data, metrics, reports, and documentation.
• Support the change management process for system changes to avoid conflicts and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate internal projects and manage activity timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist, Operations Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, Jira, and Confluence.
• English: Upper‑intermediate proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with solid organisational and process-oriented abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
