What you will do

• Lead financial analysis and valuation of acquisition targets, assessing long-term value creation and strategic fit.
• Develop advanced, cohort-based LTV models for player-driven businesses.
• Own and coordinate due diligence processes, managing data rooms and working with advisors.
• Support identifying and quantifying revenue and cost synergies between portfolios and targets.
• Support deal structuring, including earnouts and incentive mechanisms.
• Conduct strategic market and competitive research to evaluate positioning, scalability, and regulatory exposure.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Transaction Services, or Investment Banking.
• Hands-on experience with mid-market deals, ideally in Gaming, Entertainment, or Tech.
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to build valuation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience managing due diligence processes and working with external advisors.
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Confidence communicating complex topics clearly to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of iGaming or gaming KPIs (GGR, NGR, FTDs, Retention, ROAS, LTV).
• Experience evaluating regulated markets and understanding licensing or compliance risks.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, or FMVA.
• Passion for gaming and building new ventures from the ground up.
