What you will do

• Create high-quality video assets including cutscenes, dynamic backgrounds, VFX, and character loops using Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video workflows.
• Solve common AI animation challenges such as flickering and morphing through deflickering tools, temporal smoothing, and loop-back techniques.
• Build and optimize ComfyUI workflows tailored for specific animation tasks.
• Translate scripts and static concepts into dynamic animatics and video mood-boards.
• Train or fine-tune models using LoRA to maintain specific art styles or character recognition in motion.
• Collaborate with Traditional Animators and Game Designers to integrate AI-generated layers into existing motion graphics or game engines.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency with leading cloud AI models like Runway (Gen-3 Alpha), Luma Dream Machine, Kling AI, Hailuo (MiniMax), and Veo 3.
• Strong skills in post-production and compositing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience implementing and fine-tuning open weights video models such as CogVideoX, Hunyuan Video, Mochi 1, and LTX-Video.
• Experience creating talking heads and expressive avatars with tools like LivePortrait, Hedra, Hallo, or SyncLabs, including fixing uncanny valley effects.
• Proficiency in video-to-video and style transfer using DomoAI, LensGo, or custom EbSynth workflows.
• Expert use of Topaz Video AI and Magnific (for video frames) to achieve 4K production quality.
• Mastery of complex node-based workflows for video in ComfyUI Architectures.
